Her previous roles include Provincial Treasurer and Internal Auditor for the Society of the Holy Child Jesus (SHCJ), African Province—positions that reflect her excellence in financial oversight, project supervision, and policy implementation.

Amb. Dr. Philomena C. Ogwuike is a renowned academic, Agricultural Economist, and international development expert with deep expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL). As Chairperson of the GCPA Board of Trustees, she brings strategic foresight, academic excellence, and a strong commitment to inclusive development and peacebuilding.

With over a decade of field and policy experience across West Africa, Dr. Ogwuike has led impactful projects in gender, climate resilience, rural livelihoods, and agricultural innovation. She has worked with global institutions including AfricaRice, GIZ Benin, the World Bank (IDA-funded AICCRA Project), and Fludor Benin S.A., designing gender-responsive MEAL systems and value chain assessments.

Awarded a prestigious PhD fellowship by AfricaRice, she conducted a gendered impact assessment of agricultural technologies across West Africa. Her technical strengths include econometric modeling, qualitative analysis, and the development of toolkits and indicators for baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.

In academia, she has served as a Visiting Professor and Senior Lecturer in top Beninese universities, contributing to curriculum development, quality assurance, and mentoring. She currently serves as a Senior Audit Officer with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), where she plays a key role in internal controls, financial reporting, and audit oversight within one of Nigeria’s most strategic government institutions.

As International Peace Director at GCPA, he leads global peace missions, diplomatic engagement, and cross-border collaborations that foster conflict resolution, faith-based dialogue, and sustainable development.

He is the President and Founder of Steward of God’s Grace Mission, a thriving faithbased organization dedicated to spiritual transformation, leadership empowerment, and community service. His apostolic ministry spans numerous countries, where he continues to advocate for moral leadership, unity, and peace among diverse populations.

Apostle Akogwu holds a Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management, combining scientific discipline with leadership acumen. Dr. Senkoya holds multiple academic qualifications, including a PhD in Social Statistics, MSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), BSc in Computer Science (Data Science and Analytics), M.Ed in Mathematics Education, and a BSc(Ed) in Mathematics Education. He is a Fellow of the Artificial Intelligence Management and Finance Institute (FAIMFIN) and a certified expert in project coordination, AI-driven education, and policy development. He currently serves as Deputy Registrar at Institut Universitaire La Grace (IUG), Cotonou, and lectures part-time at various universities, where he teaches courses in artificial intelligence, mathematics, and statistics. His teaching experience spans over 15 years, with active involvement in academic planning, student mentorship, and capacity-building workshops.

Dr. Luke Okojie is a distinguished media executive, educational strategist, and global peace advocate with a profound impact on biographical journalism, public relations, and leadership development across Africa. As Peacebuilding and Educational Development Expert at GCPA, he supports the design and implementation of the Council’s training programs, educational frameworks, and peace advocacy strategies.

A graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Dr. Okojie has built a career that spans communications, SME development, education, and peacebuilding. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Accolade Communications Ltd, a platform through which he has influenced national discourse and documented the lives of transformative African leaders.

He is currently the United Nations Mayor for World Peace and serves in numerous prestigious capacities including:

Student Development Specialist, Global Council for Peace Ambassadors (GCPA)

Amb. Caroline Ogbaji is a dedicated educator, student mentor, and leadership development advocate with over two decades of experience in academic administration and youth empowerment. She currently serves as Deputy Head Teacher at Holy Child College, Ikoyi, Lagos, where she oversees student academics, admissions, social development, and international education programs.

Caroline holds a B.A. in History from Edo State University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Lagos, and an MSc in Educational Leadership, Finance & Administration. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership & Financial Management from IUG University (Ecotes Benin). Her professional qualifications include:

· Executive Fellow, Artificial Intelligence Management & Finance Institute (AIMFIN)

· Certified Teacher, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN)

· Doctoral Fellow, Institute of Humanitarian and Disaster Management (DR￾FiHDM)

As a Student Development Specialist, Amb. Ogbaji brings her passion for character education, school leadership, and youth transformation into GCPA’s peace education and ambassadorial mentorship initiatives. She has coordinated numerous student exchange programs, educational tours, and civic development activities across Nigeria and beyond.

A multi-award-winning educator, she was honored with the Holy Child College Inspiring Educator Achievement Award (2023–2024) and has served in various leadership capacities including PTA executive, tour coordinator, and department head.

Her career is marked by excellence in mentoring, advocacy, conflict resolution, and student support systems. Her strengths in communication, leadership, conflict management, and education reform continue to make her a key voice in shaping values-based youth development under the GCPA mission.
